Terms

The 7-day trial scope, coverage window, ticket types, access, and approval rules are confirmed in writing before work begins. Availability depends on fit and onboarding readiness.

During the initial trial, AI-generated drafts are reviewed by a human before sending. Automatic replies after the trial are limited to ticket types and policies approved by the store owner.

Either side may stop the trial or monthly service. Client data and access are handled according to the written service agreement and the access rules agreed before onboarding.
